The n8n workflow runs through your BeReach account. First, you build a list of commenters from your post using our free LinkedIn Comments Finder and paste them into the Airtable template. The workflow then uses AI to personalize messages, sends your lead magnet via direct messages to commenters, and auto-likes/comments on feedback responses to boost reach. All interactions are tracked in Airtable.

Setup is straightforward:

1. Install BeReach extension: Get it from the Chrome Web Store
2. Install n8n: Self-host on your server or use n8n.cloud

You start by pasting the commenter list (from our free Comments Finder) into the provided Airtable template. The workflow then processes each lead and records:

• Name, profile URL, and headline
• Connection status (1st, 2nd, or 3rd degree)
• AI-generated personalized message
• Timestamp of interaction
• Lead magnet sent (yes/no)
• Auto-comment/like status for feedback
• Lead status (new, contacted, engaged)

Airtable's AI features help generate personalized messages for each lead. This prevents duplicate outreach and gives you a complete view of your lead generation pipeline. You can also use Airtable's filtering and views to segment leads and track conversion rates.
