This Cookie Policy explains how BeReach uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes how we process personal data more generally.
A cookie is a small piece of data stored on your device that allows a specific browser or device to be recognised. "Similar technologies" include local storage and pixel-free, aggregated analytics. We keep our use of these technologies deliberately small.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary / functional
These are technically required to operate the website and the app — for example to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and protect against abuse. The site does not work properly without them, so they do not require consent. We rely on Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR.
Analytics
We use privacy-focused analytics to understand how the website is used and to measure performance, in aggregate. We do not run third-party advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell any data.
How to control or opt out
You can control cookies and similar technologies in several ways:
- Our cookie banner. Analytics cookies are off by default and load only after you click Accept. If you click Reject, they stay off. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.
- Your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, or alert you when one is set. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break parts of the site.
- Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control. Where your browser sends a recognised signal, you can also use it alongside the banner choice above.
For anything else, contact us via the details in our Privacy Policy.
The browser extension is not a tracking cookie
The BeReach browser extension's access to your connected-account session is not a website cookie or an advertising tracker. It is the authenticated session you explicitly grant so the Services can act on your behalf, on your own account. You can disable or remove it at any time from your settings. See Section 1.6 of our Privacy Policy.
