To operate the Services, BeReach relies on a small number of trusted third-party providers ("sub-processors"). Each one processes personal data only on our behalf, only as needed to provide the Services, and is bound by a data-processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). This page lists our current sub-processors. We may add or replace providers as the Services evolve, and we will update this page when we do.
Where a sub-processor is located outside the EU/EEA, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). See Section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
A note on AI providers. Where you connect your own AI provider key (bring-your-own-key), that provider — for example Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google — processes the agent's requests under your own agreement with that provider, as your sub-processor rather than ours.
