Is there an official LinkedIn API for prospecting?
Not one you can sign up for. The official platform is a partner program for ads and recruiting, not for finding people. BeReach fills that gap with one API key.
What does an unofficial LinkedIn API usually mean?
Anything outside the partner program: products that resell stored profile copies or act through an account. This one is documented: public data for research, your own account for sending, and you approve what goes out.

What does a people search return?
A JSON object with the count found and a
contactsarray. Each row has the name, headline, company, location and profile URL.What does a call cost?

How much can go out a day from a connected account?
70 messages, 300 profile visits and 250 searches a day. See the usage limits page.
What happens when the credit pool runs out?
The call returns a 429 and nothing runs. Upgrade or wait for the monthly refill.

How fresh is the data?
