Read a LinkedIn profile without signing in

Paste a profile link. Read the public profile.
Nothing goes out from your account, and nobody is told you looked.

Nothing is sent from your account and nobody is notified. One credit per profile.

Good to know

This reads only what the person has made public. No LinkedIn account is involved, yours or anyone's, so there is nothing for a visit to be recorded against. See the privacy policy.

How it works

One link in. The person out.

LinkedIn asks you to sign in before it shows a profile, and then tells the person you were there. This does neither.
01

Paste the link

A full profile URL works, and so does the part after /in/. Nothing to install and no extension.

  • A profile URL, or just the slug
  • Works signed out of LinkedIn
  • One profile at a time, as many as you like
02

Read what is public

Name, headline, current company, location, experience, education and follower count, as the person chose to show them.

  • Headline and current role
  • Experience and education with dates
  • Follower count, which is exact
03

Keep it, or go find more like them

Download the profile as a CSV, or copy it into a spreadsheet. Or hand it to your agent as a brief and get the people who look like this one.

  • Download as CSV
  • Copy to Sheets in one click
  • Turn one profile into a list
What people use it for

When you want to look without being seen.

Most lookups are routine. The person on the other end does not need a notification about them.

Before a call

Read who you are about to speak to, without it showing up in their notifications an hour before the meeting.

Checking a lead

A name from a form, a reply, a referral. Confirm the role and the company before you spend a message on it.

Researching a competitor's team

Read who runs what over there. Their people do not need to know you are looking.

Screening a candidate

Read the experience and the dates before an interview, from any browser, signed in to nothing.

One profile into a list

Found one person who is exactly right? Hand the profile to your agent and get the others who match it. That is what finding people by title and place does at scale.

Reading what they post

The profile tells you who they are. Their recent posts tell you what they care about this month.

Next step

Now turn the list into conversations.

The agent writes to each person from your own account, one message at a time and spread through the day. Nothing goes out before you say so.

FAQ

Common questions.

Will the person know I looked?

No. This reads the public page the way a search engine does, with no LinkedIn account involved at all, so there is nothing to record a visit against.

Do I need to be signed in to LinkedIn?

No. You do not need a LinkedIn account, and if you have one it is never used. You sign in to BeReach so the read can be charged to your free credits, and that is all.

What does it show?

Whatever the person has made public: name, headline, company, location, experience, education, languages and follower count. Anything they have hidden stays hidden. Some profiles show only a name, and the tool says so rather than inventing the rest.

Does it show email addresses or phone numbers?

No. Those are not public and this tool does not go looking for them.

Is it really free?

Yes, within your monthly credits. Each profile read costs one credit, and a free account gets enough every month for routine lookups.

Can I look up many at once?

One at a time here. For a list, describe the kind of person and let the agent find and read them for you.
