BeReach is an AI copilot for outreach. It is built on one principle: you act on your own account, at your own initiative, and under your own control. This page explains the guardrails that keep it that way.
You are in control
- Your account, your initiative. Every action BeReach takes on a third-party platform happens on an account that belongs to you, from your own authenticated session, because you asked for it. BeReach does not operate accounts you have not connected.
- Explicit, revocable access. You grant access to your session by installing our browser extension or by entering your session credential yourself. You can disable or remove that access at any time from Settings. Disabling it immediately pauses all new data collection and actions on that account.
- Human-in-the-loop by default. Automations are designed to run a bounded sample first and then wait for your explicit go-ahead to continue. Background automation on a saved campaign is opt-in — it does not run unattended until you turn it on.
We respect platform limits
- Conservative, per-account rate limits. BeReach paces activity well within cautious daily and weekly ceilings, scoped to the single account you connected — never pooled across accounts. Limits adapt to your account's age and region.
- Gentle pacing and warm-up. Random delays between actions and a gradual ramp-up for new accounts keep activity human-paced.
- Free tools are usage-limited. Free tools include a limited allotment of actions and built-in cooldowns, to prevent abuse and to protect your account.
Your data
- Data minimisation. We store only what is needed to run your own workspace, encrypted, and you can delete it. We do not sell your data, and we do not build or redistribute a database of third-party-platform data.
- Your responsibility. You are responsible for verifying your rights to use BeReach with any third-party platform and for complying with that platform's terms and applicable law. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
