This Refund Policy supplements Section 8 of our Terms of Service and explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work. Where this policy and the Terms conflict on billing, the Terms govern.
Billing and renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly, as you select) and renew automatically until cancelled. Certain features consume Credits, as described on our pricing page.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then, and we do not charge you again. Cancellation does not retroactively refund the current period.
Refunds
Except where required by mandatory law, fees are non-refundable, including Credits already purchased or consumed. This reflects that the Services are made available to you immediately and on an ongoing basis.
Where we choose to issue a discretionary refund, it may be prorated based on usage. If we discontinue a paid feature in its entirety, we will, where required, provide a pro rata refund of prepaid and unused fees for that feature.
Statutory withdrawal rights
The Services are intended for professional and business use. Where a mandatory statutory right of withdrawal or refund applies to you (for example, certain consumer rights under applicable law), nothing in this policy limits that right, and we will honor it.
Free tier and trials
We may offer a free tier or free trial for new or eligible users. Free offers may be limited in capacity or duration and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. If a trial converts to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
