How it works

One company in. The people out.

Most prospecting starts with a title and hopes the company follows. This starts from the company you already care about.
01

Paste the company

A company URL works, and so does the plain name. There is nothing to look up first.

  • A company URL, or just the name
  • No need to find an internal id
  • One company at a time, as many as you like
02

Read who is inside

Every person comes back with their name, their headline and a link to their profile, so you can tell who owns the problem you solve rather than guessing from an org chart.

  • Name, headline and profile link
  • Enough to spot the right team
  • Load more when the first page is not enough
03

Take the list with you

Download the people as a CSV, or copy them into a spreadsheet. The list is yours.

  • Download as CSV
  • Copy to Sheets in one click
  • Run it again on the next account
What people use it for

When you have the account and not the person.

A company is easy to pick. Finding who to write to inside it is the part that stalls.

A target account list

You already have the companies you want. This turns each line of that list into named people with roles.

Finding the buying committee

One deal rarely has one contact. Read several people inside the same account instead of writing to the first name you find.

After a hiring signal

A company posted a role that tells you they have your problem. Look inside to find whoever that hire will report to.

Partnerships and BD

Find who owns partnerships at a company you want to work with, rather than emailing a generic address.

Recruiting from a competitor

See how a team is built and who holds which role, before you approach anyone.

Checking an account is real

A company with three people and a stale page is a different prospect from one with forty. The list tells you which you are looking at.

Next step

Now turn the list into conversations.

The agent writes to each person from your own account, one message at a time and spread through the day. Nothing goes out before you say so.

FAQ

Common questions.

What do I paste in, a URL or a name?

Either. A company URL is the most precise, and a plain name like "Stripe" is resolved for you. If two companies share a name, use the URL.

Does it return every employee?

No, and no tool honestly can. You get the people who are findable, a page at a time, and you can keep loading more. Larger companies return more than you will need; very small ones may return only a handful.

Can I narrow it to one team?

Add a keyword to the search, like a function or a seniority, and the results narrow to the people inside that company who match it.

Can I export the results?

Yes. Download the people as a CSV, or copy them into a spreadsheet in one click. The list is yours to keep.

Do I need Sales Navigator?

No. If you do have Sales Navigator or a Premium account, BeReach supports those searches too.

How do I find the companies in the first place?

Use the company search by industry and size, or the job posts search if you want companies that have just shown they have a problem and a budget.

How much can I search for free?

The free tier comes with credits included and reasonable usage limits.

Find the people. Then talk to them.

The search gives you the names inside the account. The agent writes to them from your own account, at a pace that keeps it safe.
