Who is my ideal customer?

Put in your website. It reads the page, answers the question, and shows every search that finds them.
Free credits included, no card, and nothing is searched until you click through.

I read the page and decide who you sell to. I never guess it from the domain name. Uses one free credit, and nothing is searched until you click through.

Why it reads the page

A domain name is not evidence.

Handed a bare address, a language model will invent a business from the letters of it, confidently and instantly. We tested that: asked about a domain that does not exist, it answered with widget sourcing and OEM parts without hesitating.

What that costs you

A real example. Given only the name of a sales tool, a model answered with grief counsellors and hospice coordinators, because the name sounded like it. Given two thousand characters of the actual homepage, it answered with heads of sales and account executives. Same model, same question, different evidence.

So this fetches the page first. If it cannot be read, it says so and refuses to guess, which is the honest answer and a rarer one than it should be.

What you get back

Two answers, not one list.

1

Who you sell to

The job titles of the people who buy what that page is selling, as those people write them on a profile. Not a category, not a persona name, the words themselves.

2

What they talk about

The phrases those people use in public. This is how you find a conversation to join rather than a stranger to interrupt.

3

Every search that finds them

One search reaches about fifty people. The plan is the rest: by city, by first name, by the words people put in a headline beside their job.

Good to know

No search engine is queried to build this plan: it reads your page and writes the queries. Running it uses one of your free credits, and the only page fetched is the public homepage you named. Read the privacy policy.

Then the tedious part

Knowing the searches is not the same as running them.

Two dozen searches means two dozen tabs, every result read, every duplicate spotted, and a note of who you already wrote to. Describe who you want and your agent runs the whole plan, keeps a real job title on every person, and remembers where it stopped so next week returns people you have not seen.

Questions

What people ask about finding their ideal customer

How do I find my target customer?

Read your own website the way a stranger would. What you sell to, in your own words, is your target customer described from the seller's side. This tool reads the page and translates that into the words your buyers use about themselves, which is the side a search actually needs.

Do I need an account?

A free BeReach account, which takes a moment and needs no card. It is what the free credits attach to. You do not need to connect LinkedIn: this tool never touches your LinkedIn session, it reads one public page and hands you the answer.

What if my site is behind a login or a splash page?

It will tell you it could not open the page rather than inventing a business from your domain name. Use the other tool and describe your buyer in a line instead.

Can it tell me who my competitors sell to?

Yes. It reads whichever public page you name, so a competitor's homepage works exactly the same way, and their buyers are usually your buyers.

Are these real search results?

The plan is real searches, not results. Each one opens in your own browser against a public search engine, so what you see is what anybody typing that query sees.

Why does it take a minute?

Because it fetches your page and reads it properly before answering. Guessing from the domain would be instant and wrong.
