How do I find someone's email from LinkedIn?

What are the ways to find a work email?
One at a time with a browser extension while a profile is open. From a contact database, when it holds one. Or with an AI email finder for a whole list, from profiles or from a description. Only the last one starts from who you want.
Is a found email the same as a checked one?
No. A found email is the best match for that person at that company. Some come back with the mailbox checked, some do not. Send to the checked ones first, and check the others before a large send.
Should I write by email or on LinkedIn first?
Both work better with a reason to write. Open on the person's news, their latest post or their company's round. When there is no email, invite them on LinkedIn with the same first line.
