Inbound leads
Turn LinkedIn messages into qualified pipeline automatically. Your agent watches your inbox and routes inbound leads to the right campaign.

Someone messages you on LinkedIn. Maybe they saw your post. Maybe they found your profile through a search. Either way, they're interested - and that message is sitting in your inbox.
Your agent watches for these messages and turns them into pipeline.
How it works
When a new message arrives from someone who isn't part of any campaign:
- Classify - Your agent reads the message and decides: is this a potential lead, a question, spam, or something else?
- Match - If they look like a potential lead, your agent checks their profile against every running campaign's ICP (ideal customer profile).
- Qualify - Best match found? The contact is added to that campaign automatically with source "inbound".
- Draft reply - Your agent composes a reply using that campaign's playbook and tone of voice - not a generic response, but a message that naturally weaves in your value proposition.
The draft appears in your Activity page alongside your outbound messages. Filter by Drafts to see only pending approvals. Same review flow, same approve button.
Inbound vs outbound in the same view
Your Activity page shows both directions:
- Outbound drafts - Messages your agent composed for prospects you're reaching out to
- Inbound drafts - Replies to people who messaged you first, using the matched campaign's playbook
Inbound drafts are marked as urgent since the person is actively waiting for a response.
What happens to unmatched messages
Not every message is a lead. Your agent handles non-lead messages too:
| Classification | What happens |
|---|---|
| Potential lead | Auto-qualified, draft reply with campaign playbook |
| Needs reply | Generic reply using your account tone of voice |
| Informational | No action needed |
| Spam | Marked and ignored |
Why inbound leads convert better
People who message you first have already shown interest. They're warmer than any cold outreach. Typical patterns:
- Inbound reply rate: typically 70-80% (they started the conversation)
- Outbound reply rate: typically 30-50% (you started)
Results vary based on your ICP, industry, and message quality.
Your campaign funnel tracks inbound and outbound separately so you can see the difference.
Setting it up
Inbound lead detection works automatically when you have running outreach or lead gen campaigns with ICP context. No additional setup needed - every running campaign with an ICP is eligible for inbound matching.
Your agent uses the ICP you already defined to decide which inbound messages are worth pursuing - and which campaign's playbook to use for the reply.
Test it by asking your agent:
Show me any unhandled inbound messages from the last 7 days.
For each one, tell me if it matches any running campaign's ICP.
