BeReach v1.6 - Complete outreach pipeline

v1.5 found and qualified your leads. v1.6 takes over from there.

Your campaign sends personalized connection requests, detects acceptance (within 5 minutes), sends a first message, follows up if needed, and handles replies. All automatic.

From connection to conversation

The outreach campaign now handles the complete pipeline:

  1. Connect - Personalized 300-character connection note referencing something specific from their profile
  2. Detect acceptance - Polling detects when your connection request is accepted
  3. First message - An icebreaker using your playbook, sent within minutes of acceptance
  4. Follow-up - If no reply, a follow-up with a different angle (maximum 2)
  5. Reply handling - Intent classification (interested, question, objection, not interested) with appropriate responses

Already connected with someone? Import them and your agent skips straight to messaging.

Your inbox is now a lead source

Someone messages you on LinkedIn? If they match one of your campaign's ideal customer profiles, BeReach qualifies them automatically and drafts a reply using your campaign's playbook.

You review the draft in the same place as your outbound messages. Same flow, both directions.

No more missed opportunities sitting in your inbox.

One conversation per prospect

Running 10 campaigns? Each prospect gets exactly one outreach thread. The first campaign to reach out owns the relationship. Other campaigns get credit for finding the lead.

No duplicate connection requests. No triple messages. One professional, focused conversation.

When the first approach doesn't land, a different campaign can try automatically. Same prospect, different playbook, fresh start.

You choose the level of control

Every campaign has a draft mode setting:

Review mode (default) - Every action creates a draft. Connection notes, messages, follow-ups, replies. You review everything before it sends. Reactive replies (someone just messaged you back) appear as urgent drafts so you know they're time-sensitive.

Autopilot - Your agent sends everything automatically. Connection notes go out immediately. Replies are handled in real time.

Start with review to validate your agent's tone. Switch to autopilot once you trust it.

Your agent learns from your feedback

When you skip a draft, we ask why:

  • Message doesn't sound right - Your agent adjusts its tone
  • Not a good lead - Your agent tightens its targeting
  • Bad timing - Rescheduled for later
  • Already handled - Marked as duplicate

After 5 similar skips, your agent suggests updating your campaign context. "You skipped 8 leads who are freelancers. Exclude them from your ICP?"

Know which campaigns actually convert

Every campaign shows its own funnel: connection rate, reply rate, meeting rate.

Contacts found by one campaign but engaged by another show as "contributed" - they don't dilute your numbers. You can compare campaigns and double down on what works.

Inbound leads (people who messaged you first) are tracked separately. They typically have higher reply rates - seeing that data helps you understand your channels.

FAQ

Does this change my existing campaigns? No. Existing campaigns carry over. New outreach campaigns automatically get the connect step. Existing outreach campaigns continue working - they just get the option to add the connect step.

What if someone messages me who isn't in any campaign? Your agent responds naturally if it's not spam. If they match a running campaign's ICP, they're added to that campaign automatically and the reply uses that campaign's playbook.

Can I turn off inbound auto-qualification? The system only auto-qualifies for running campaigns with ICP context. Pause a campaign and it stops qualifying inbound leads against that campaign's ICP.

What's the difference between review and autopilot? Review mode creates drafts you approve before sending. Autopilot sends automatically. You can switch at any time.
