In short
- 01"Lemlist runs multichannel outreach across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls at $69-109 per user per month billed monthly, $55-87 on annual billing."
- 02"BeReach focuses on LinkedIn with an AI agent that researches, drafts and gets your approval at EUR 99/mo."
- 03"Lemlist works best when email is your primary channel; BeReach when LinkedIn drives your pipeline."
- 04"The question is whether multichannel breadth or LinkedIn-specific AI depth creates more conversations."
Lemlist vs BeReach - every channel, or LinkedIn done right?
Lemlist and BeReach solve the same problem from opposite directions.
Lemlist gives you four channels - email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls - and the tools to manage campaigns across all of them. You design the sequences, you write the copy, you monitor the results.
BeReach gives you one channel - LinkedIn - and an AI agent that handles everything from finding prospects to drafting the messages. You describe what you want, the agent does the research and drafting, and you approve every draft before it goes out from your own account.
The question isn't which tool has more features. It's which approach creates more conversations for you.
What makes Lemlist a serious tool
Lemlist has been around since 2018, holds 4.6/5 on G2 across 1,400+ reviews, and has built real depth in multichannel outreach. Credit where it's due:
Email is their strength. Lemwarm keeps your sender reputation clean. Sender rotation across multiple mailboxes. A/B testing on subject lines and copy. Dynamic images - your prospect's name on a whiteboard, their logo in a mockup. If cold email is your main channel, Lemlist handles it well.
650M+ lead database. Search by title, company, industry. Pull verified emails without leaving the app. For teams that don't have a separate data tool, this is genuinely useful.
True multichannel sequences. Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp (a $20 per user per month add-on), and calling (included on Multichannel, with phone numbers at $15 each per month) in one flow with conditional logic. "If they open the email but don't reply, connect on LinkedIn 3 days later." That orchestration is complex to build but powerful when it works.
Solid community. Tutorials, templates, a Slack group, a YouTube channel with outreach walkthroughs. If you're learning cold outreach from scratch, this ecosystem helps.
The hidden cost of multichannel
The problems show up when you look past the feature list:
The price stacks up fast. Lemlist's Email plan is $69/mo billed monthly, or $55/mo on annual billing, and it covers unlimited users. But LinkedIn steps only unlock on Multichannel, which is charged per user seat: $109 per user per month billed monthly, or $87 annually. Add WhatsApp ($20 per user per month), an extra calling number ($15 per number per month), more email senders ($9 per sender per month). A 5-person team on Multichannel is $545/month before add-ons. With annual billing it's still $435/month. We add up the full stacked bill across the category in our guide to the true cost of LinkedIn automation.
Credits make it unpredictable. Per Lemlist's own help center, Multichannel includes 400 credits per user per month, and they don't roll over. That sounds generous until you realize a verified email costs 5 credits, a phone number costs 20, and intent signals run from 20 up to 400 credits depending on the signal, with LinkedIn engagement at the top of that range. Extra credits are $0.01 each. Multiple G2 reviewers flag confusion around credit consumption.
Deliverability is a real concern. Despite built-in warm-up, emails landing in spam is a recurring complaint in G2 and Capterra reviews. One reviewer wrote that their emails "all end up in spam." Some agencies also report that when one domain's deliverability drops, sending gets throttled across their other connected domains too.
LinkedIn is a side feature. Lemlist added LinkedIn automation, but it's not their core product. You get connection requests and messages inside sequences. Lemlist's AI agents do the research half: they read a company site, a LinkedIn profile or a past call and hand back enrichment variables you drop into a sequence you built yourself. Designing the sequence, the targeting rules and the copy is still your job. The Chrome extension for LinkedIn actions has persistent reliability issues - G2 reviewers document a recurring pattern of needing to uninstall and reinstall it.
Do you actually need every channel?
This is the core question most comparison articles skip.
Multichannel sounds better on paper. More channels = more touchpoints = more replies. Right?
Not always. Every channel you add is a channel you manage. Email needs warm-up, domain rotation, deliverability monitoring, and copy testing. LinkedIn needs rate limiting and personalization. WhatsApp needs compliance. Calling needs scripts and scheduling.
If your team has the bandwidth to manage four channels well, multichannel pays off. If you're a founder, a small team, or someone who'd rather spend time closing deals than managing campaigns - one channel with an AI agent helping you run it can outperform four channels you half-manage.
What an AI agent changes about LinkedIn
Here's where the comparison gets interesting. Lemlist treats LinkedIn as step 3 in a sequence. BeReach treats it as the entire system.
BeReach's AI agent doesn't follow a sequence you designed. It makes recommendations. You tell it: "Find VPs of Sales at mid-market SaaS companies who engage with content about outbound tooling." The agent finds those people from recent post engagement - people who were thinking about your topic today. It reads each public profile, evaluates whether they match your ICP, and drafts a message that references what they actually did on LinkedIn.
Not a template with {firstName} and {companyName}. A message that says "Your comment about SDR burnout on that article really resonated - we're seeing the same thing with our clients" because the agent read their comment and understood the context.
The agent suggests timing, drafts follow-ups, and remembers the feedback you give it. When you edit or reject a draft, it carries that into the next one, so the drafting keeps matching your voice. You review every draft and send it from your own account.
It runs in the cloud at chat.bereach.ai. There is nothing to install and no browser extension to keep working.
Lemlist gives you the tools to build great LinkedIn campaigns. BeReach gives you an agent that does the research and drafting for you. It runs on one included model, BeReach 1.1 Flash, with no API key to bring and no separate AI bill.
Feature matrix: Lemlist vs BeReach
Start with the first four rows. They decide whether your outreach keeps working when you close your laptop, and they are where the two products are genuinely built differently.
The pattern in that table is the whole comparison. Lemlist puts a powerful sequence builder in your hands and depends on your browser to execute the LinkedIn half. BeReach does the deciding and the drafting for you, off public data, and only touches your account at the moment you approve a message.
What you'll actually pay
All figures below are billed monthly. BeReach charges per workspace with a set number of connected accounts. Lemlist charges Multichannel per user seat and the Email plan flat for unlimited users, and annual billing drops Email to $55/mo and Multichannel to $87 per user per month.
For LinkedIn-only teams, the price difference is massive: EUR 299/mo for five connected accounts vs $545/mo for five Lemlist seats. Even at the entry tier, BeReach Pro is EUR 99 for two LinkedIn accounts, versus $109 for a single Lemlist Multichannel seat.
BeReach prices flat per workspace with a set number of connected accounts, not per seat. Current tiers live on the BeReach pricing page, and you can see how the rest of the category compares on account access in our ranking of LinkedIn outreach tools by account access. The sourcing half is free to try with the free LinkedIn people search tool, and our LinkedIn outreach templates cover the copy side for either tool.
For teams that genuinely need email + LinkedIn in one tool, Lemlist's Multichannel plan bundles both at $109 per user per month. The equivalent with BeReach would be EUR 99/mo per workspace plus a separate email tool. Sometimes that's cheaper, sometimes it's not.
What a full year costs
The monthly sticker hides the shape of the decision. Watch what the Lemlist column does as headcount grows and what the BeReach column doesn't do.
Billing basis: Lemlist Multichannel is charged per user seat, $109 per user per month billed monthly or $87 per user per month billed annually, and each seat connects a single LinkedIn account. The Email plan is separate at $69/mo flat for unlimited users and carries no LinkedIn steps. Patch both the rows and the billing-basis sentence.
Rows 134-136, BeReach column:
- row 134: "EUR 1,188 billed monthly, or EUR 948 billed annually (Pro, covers 2 connected accounts)"
- row 135: "EUR 2,388 billed monthly, or EUR 1,908 billed annually (Max, 3 connected accounts)"
- row 136: "EUR 3,588 billed monthly, or EUR 2,868 billed annually (Max+, 5 connected accounts)"
Line 138, replace the BeReach sentence with: "BeReach is charged flat per workspace with no per-seat charge: EUR 99 Pro, EUR 199 Max and EUR 299 Max+ billed monthly, or EUR 948, EUR 1,908 and EUR 2,868 billed yearly."
Leave the Lemlist figures and the note column untouched. Add-ons and credit top-ups are excluded from both columns.
What Lemlist does that BeReach can't
Being completely honest:
- Cold email at scale - warm-up, sender rotation, deliverability monitoring, A/B testing. BeReach doesn't do email.
- 650M+ lead database - built-in prospect search with email and phone enrichment. BeReach doesn't include a lead database.
- WhatsApp and calling - additional channels for multichannel sequences. BeReach is LinkedIn only.
- Dynamic image personalization - custom images in emails with prospect data. No equivalent.
- Multichannel orchestration - conditional logic across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls. BeReach doesn't orchestrate across channels.
If email is your primary channel, BeReach doesn't replace Lemlist. Full stop.
The call: breadth or depth?
Pick Lemlist if:
- Email is your primary outreach channel, not LinkedIn
- You need multichannel sequences (email + LinkedIn + WhatsApp + calls)
- Your team has the bandwidth to manage campaigns across multiple channels
- A built-in lead database matters more to you than AI-powered outreach
- You're already invested in the Lemlist ecosystem and it's working
Pick BeReach if:
- LinkedIn is where your prospects actually respond
- You'd rather have one channel that an AI agent helps you run than four channels you manage
- Per-seat pricing at $109 per user per month doesn't make sense for your team
- You want an AI that finds warm prospects and personalizes every message - not templates with merge tags
- Time savings matter more than channel count
Consider both: BeReach for LinkedIn (AI agent, warm signals) plus Lemlist's Email plan ($69/mo billed monthly, unlimited users) for cold email. At EUR 99 + $69, you get an AI agent handling LinkedIn on two connected accounts plus dedicated cold email, for less than two Lemlist Multichannel seats.

FAQ
Can BeReach replace Lemlist?
For LinkedIn outreach, yes - and you'll likely get better results thanks to the AI agent and warm signal targeting. For email, no. BeReach doesn't do email at all. If you need both: BeReach for LinkedIn plus Lemlist's Email plan for email. That combination costs less than two Lemlist Multichannel seats, and BeReach Pro covers two LinkedIn accounts, not one.
What does the AI agent do that Lemlist can't?
It makes per-prospect recommendations for you. Instead of following a sequence you designed, it finds people who just engaged with relevant content, reads their public profile data, evaluates fit, drafts a unique message for each person based on their public activity, suggests when to follow up, and remembers the feedback you give so its drafts keep matching your voice. You describe the goal, review the drafts, and send from your own account.
Is Lemlist's lead database worth it?
It has 650M+ contacts and is useful if you don't have a separate data tool. G2 reviewers note the search interface is clunky - no bulk search, manual workflows. If you already have Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar, the database isn't a reason to choose Lemlist.
Which is cheaper for LinkedIn-only outreach?
BeReach, by a significant margin. Entry tier: EUR 99/mo per workspace for two connected accounts (Pro) vs $109 per user per month for one Lemlist Multichannel seat. Five accounts: EUR 299/mo (Max+) vs $545/mo for five Lemlist seats. BeReach includes the AI agent and all LinkedIn features in every plan. Lemlist puts LinkedIn steps behind the Multichannel tier at $109 per user per month billed monthly, $87 annually.
Can I try both before deciding?
Lemlist offers a 14-day free trial on paid plans. BeReach has a 3-day trial plus a free tier with 100 monthly credits, and free research tools that run on public data. Test both on the same audience and compare which approach - multichannel campaigns you manage, or an AI agent on LinkedIn - gets better results.
