Where things live

A map of the app: what each place in the left rail is for, and which one answers which question.

BeReach is one page with a rail down the left. Six places, each answering a different question. If you know which question you are asking, you know where to click.

The rail

PlaceWhat it holdsGo here when
ChatsEvery conversation with the agent, and where each one standsYou want to start work, or check on work you started
ContactsEveryone your chats have found, with their verdict and their stageYou want to look someone up, or see the whole list
DraftsEvery message and invite waiting for your approvalYou want to know what is waiting on you
AutomationWhat is running right now across every Live chatYou want to know what the agent is doing
ConnectionsInvites you sent, and the ones that were acceptedYou want to know whether an invite landed
SettingsYour connected accounts, plan, usage, and the Claude connectorYou want to connect, change, or check an account

About you, reached from Settings, is the one that is easy to miss. It holds what the agent knows about your business and who you target, and it is reused across every chat, so filling it once stops you repeating yourself.

The filters that matter

Each list narrows the same way, by the question you are asking.

ListFiltersWhat they mean
ChatsAll, Live, Needs attention, DoneLive is working in the background. Needs attention is blocked on you.
ContactsAll, Invited, Connected, ChattingWhere the conversation is, not whether they were a good fit
DraftsAwaiting approval, retrying, sending soonAwaiting approval is the only one that is waiting on you
Chats page with All, Live, Needs attention and Done tabs above a table of chats showing people, qualified and replies counts
Chats, with a row per chat. People and Qualified are counts, Live and Auto on say whether it keeps working without you.
Drafts page reading seventeen awaiting approval, with Approve all and Skip all buttons above cards each carrying a why this contact note
Drafts, the only place that is a to-do list. Approve all clears the queue, or you work down them one at a time.

Contacts filters on the conversation, not the verdict. Someone can be a strong fit and appear under none of Invited, Connected or Chatting, because nothing has been sent to them yet. The two are tracked separately on purpose.

The counts you will see

  • Drafts carries a number. That is how many things are waiting for your approval. It is the only badge that is a to-do list.
  • A chat shows found, qualified and replied. Found is everyone it turned up, qualified is everyone who matched your ideal customer, replied is everyone who wrote back.
  • All caught up on a Live chat means the agent has nothing waiting on you, not that the work has finished.

You do not have to navigate

Anything on this page can be asked for in the chat instead. "Show me who is waiting for approval" and clicking Drafts land in the same place.
