Credits and limits
What costs a credit, what each plan includes, and the daily and weekly caps on your account.
Credits
One credit is one action done for you. Talking to Vera is free, however long the chat.

The AI work behind writing messages is charged at what it actually costs, so a long run costs more than a short one.
As a guide, a list of 1,000 people takes about 400 to 1,000 credits, more than the per-search price suggests because the searches that fill it overlap, so Pro's 20,000 credits find roughly 20,000 to 50,000 people a month; reading profiles (1 credit per person) and writing messages use credits too.

Plans differ only in credits and seats. Every plan runs the same agents on the same AI, BeReach 3.0 Flash, included. Prices are on the pricing page.
Credits refill on the 1st of each month and do not carry over. When they run out, work that spends credits stops until the 1st. Upgrading raises the cap at once.
Change or cancel
The workspace owner switches between Pro, Max and Max+ (shown as Max Plus) in Settings → Billing. To go back to Free or cancel, press Message us on WhatsApp in the same section, or email alexandre@berea.ch: your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. A trial is stopped by replying to the email we send the day before it ends. Your workspace, contacts and chats stay. What stops is anything that acts through your account. Refunds follow the refund policy.
Daily and weekly limits
Limits are per account, per action. Hitting one pauses only that action, until it resets: a daily cap at midnight UTC, a weekly cap on Monday UTC. Everything else keeps working.

A new account with fewer than 100 connections warms up: about 5 invites the first week, then 10, 20, 40 and 80. The warm-up counts from when the account was connected here, and ends after five weeks or as soon as the account passes 100 connections.
Established accounts
Once your workspace is 2 days old and on a paid plan or a trial, it is checked daily. Your accounts' limits move to the established column when the default account is signed in and at least two of these hold:
- a name, headline and photo
- 100 or more connections
- a post in the last 30 days
- activity in the last 14 days
