Nothing has sent yet

Check in this order:

1. Approved is not sent. Approved messages leave one at a time, inside sending hours (weekdays by default). Approve at night, and a message leaves the next weekday morning, an invite the next afternoon.
2. Nothing approved yet. Look at Drafts.
3. No account connected. Finding works without one, sending does not. Connect.
4. Not connected to them yet. The invite goes first. Your message waits until they accept.
5. Session expired, or a daily limit reached. See below.
6. They already have a thread, or replied first. Nobody gets a second first message.

Connections shows your invitations: what waits, what went today, and anything stopping it. Approved messages are under You approved in Drafts.

Signed out of LinkedIn

LinkedIn sessions end. When yours does, BeReach pauses invites and messages and tells you, in the chat and on Connections. Finding people and reading profiles keep working. Nothing is lost.

To reconnect, press Reconnect: log in to LinkedIn, copy the fresh li_at with Cookie Lens, and paste it again. Approved messages pick up where they stopped, with nothing to re-approve.

It keeps disconnecting

The tab you copied your session from is still open on LinkedIn. The same session used from two places gets signed out on both. Close that tab right after connecting (do not sign out of it) and browse LinkedIn in another window, profile or device.

No people came back

Almost always the ask is too tight. Loosen one thing at a time: place (city to country), company size, exact title (describe the role instead), industry. A single quiet post only has a few people on it. People already on your list are not found twice. Ask Vera: "this returned almost nobody, what single change would widen it most?"

You hit a limit

Only that one action pauses, until midnight UTC (a weekly cap, until Monday). Everything else keeps running. A new account with a small network starts with fewer invites a week, and that grows by itself. Every cap is on Credits and limits. If your monthly credits ran out, work stops until the 1st or an upgrade.

Tools missing in Claude

1. Start a new Claude conversation: one opened before you added the connector does not see it.
2. Finish the sign-in: remove the connector, add it again from the connector page, complete the sign-in.
3. Searching works but sending fails? The connector is fine. Connect your account.

A detail looks out of date

Public pages are read live. If someone changed jobs and has not updated their profile, the old role is what is published.

Can I use my own AI model?

No. BeReach runs on BeReach 3.0 Flash, included in every plan. No key, no model to pick, no AI bill.

What BeReach does not do

• No follow-up sequences and no drip campaigns: one first message per person.
• No auto-replies: you answer replies yourself.
• Nothing Vera writes is sent without your approval.
• No email sending.
• No automatic liking or commenting.
• No scoring or ranking of people: who stays on your list is your call.

Delete your data

• A chat: the bin beside it in the chat list deletes the chat and its list; the people it found stay in Contacts.
• An extra connected account: its menu in Settings → Accounts, Remove account. This can't be undone. To remove your main account, write to us (below).
• Your whole account: write to us (below).

Still stuck?

• On a trial or a paid plan: Settings → Billing, at the bottom, Message us on WhatsApp (shown to the workspace owner; teammates, ask your owner).
