The words BeReach uses across these docs, defined once.
| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| In your list | Anyone the agent found. You can reach out anytime, grading is optional. |
| Fit | Someone the agent read in full and matched against your ICP. An optional filter, not a gate: you can still reach anyone not removed. |
| Not a fit | Someone the agent read and judged a mismatch. Removed from your list and never contacted. |
| Queued | A message waiting to go out at its turn in the pace. |
| ICP | Your ideal customer profile, the reusable yardstick every person gets measured against. |
| About you | What you have told the agent about you, your company, and what you sell, saved once in Settings and reused across chats. |
| Your voice | How your messages should sound, written per chat. Nothing is drafted until it exists. |
| First touch | The single opening message a person gets, with no automated follow-ups behind it. |
| Draft | A message the agent wrote and is holding until you approve it, because nothing sends on its own. |
| Pace | The steady business-hours rhythm approved messages leave at, rather than all at once. |
| Higher tier | The raised daily limits an established account moves to after 2 days on a paid plan, checked daily. |
| Credit | One baseline action, such as a profile visit, a connection invite, a message send, or one page of a search. |
| Public data | Everything readable across the open web with nothing connected: profiles, company pages, posts, job posts, commenters, and engagers. |
| Connected account | Your own account on the professional network, required only at the real outreach boundary. |
