What a teammate gets access to

Why one shared list matters
The point of a shared contact list is that the same person cannot receive a first touch from two people by accident. One person gets one thread.
Because the list is shared, the agent already knows when someone has an invite pending or a draft waiting, whoever in the workspace started it. It will not open a second one on top. Without that, two teammates working the same market quietly land in the same inbox twice, which is the fastest way to look like a machine.
