Nothing has sent yet

Why approved messages sit in the queue, and the short list of other reasons outreach has not moved.

Most of the time nothing is broken. The agent is waiting, not stuck.

Approving is not sending

This is the one that catches almost everyone. Approving a draft puts it in the queue, it does not push it out the door. Approved messages leave during business hours at a steady pace, so a batch you approve at 9pm will not move until the next working morning. The pacing is deliberate and there is nothing to rush.

Then work down this list

  1. Nothing is approved yet. Every message is a draft until you approve it, and nothing sends on its own.
  2. No account is connected. Finding and qualifying people needs nothing connected, but invites and messages act through your own account. See Connect your account.
  3. Your session expired. Account actions pause on their own until you reconnect. Chats, drafts and history are kept. See Your session expired.
  4. You reached a daily limit. Hitting one cap pauses only that action, and a live chat resumes the next day. See You hit a limit.
  5. The person already has an open thread. Each person gets one outreach thread, so the same person surfacing in another chat does not get a second first touch.

Not connected to them yet?

If you are not already connected to someone, a bare connection invite is queued first. The message to approve only appears after they accept, so the gap you are seeing may be their side, not yours.
