Tools missing in Claude
Three reasons the BeReach tools do not show up in Claude, in the order worth checking.
You added the connector at mcp.bereach.ai, but Claude does not seem to have the BeReach tools. Work through these in order.
1. The conversation predates the connector
A conversation only sees the connectors that were available when it started. If you added the connector while this chat was already open, the tools are not in it. Start a new conversation and ask again.
2. The one-time sign-in was not completed
Adding the connector opens a sign-in step that links it to your BeReach workspace. If you closed that window before finishing, the connector is listed but has nothing behind it. Remove it, add it again from the connector page, and complete the sign-in this time.
3. The tools are there, but you asked for an account action
This is the common one, and it is not a connector problem.

The connector exposes 33 tools. The public-data ones work with nothing connected at all, so if searching and reading work and only outreach fails, the connector is fine and the missing piece is a connected account.
Outreach still waits for you
Even with an account connected, messages sent through the connector are drafts you approve. Nothing leaves on its own.
